We hope you will LOVE your order from us, but if for some reason you don't- we accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please include the packing slip with your return. Allow us 3-5 business days to process your returns. You will get an email when you have been refunded or a store credit has been issued. 
You can also submit a return request through your account on our website. You will receive a return label to mail it back to us but return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
All shipping costs are non-refundable

 Returns must be made within 14 days in order to receive a refund. After 14 days a store credit will be issued. 

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. All returns must be done within 14 days in order to receive a refund. Any items received after the 14 days will get store credit. The store credit amount issued will be what you paid, no shipping will be refunded.

    These items CANNOT be returned for store credit! 
  • Jewelry, Bras, Accessories, and Gift Certificates can NOT be returned or exchanged. 
  • All merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition & unworn & unwashed with original tags attached.
  • No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

All returns not in compliance with the above conditions WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.


Our Inventory is constantly changing but exchanges can be requested. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, an exchange or store credit will be issued. 
Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card and is Final Sale
Damaged items must be reported within three days from receive of the order. Please email us at and forward photos of any damage.
